Our range of Scots language school resources support the value that the Curriculum for Excellence places on Scots as a language "which children and young people bring to the classroom and other settings". Our Scots resources allow students to develop an "understanding of what is special, vibrant and valuable" about their own culture and language.

Scots is an integral part of Scotland's culture, identity and heritage. With the development of Scottish studies within the Curriculum for Excellence, our cross-curricular Scots language resources encourage students to write and speak in Scots, allowing them to express themselves in their own dialect.
